glassdoor is fake, it's worse than yelp, a corrupted concept to its core - it's moderated by folks who get paid by corporations such is intel (intel is glassdoor sponsor) - you might want to check out reddit as there is a bit of integrity left there (this is evaporating quickly too)
I haven't experienced any of what you all are saying on glass door.

Glassdoor openly spies on your, they are sponsored by Intel, Intel recruiting has a designated page there and they remove all content they do not like (and that may offend the sponsor) - that whole concept is rigged... I like it here much better and if you are looking for Intel Layoffs this thing will come up first when searched for anyway.
The problem with glass door is the registration. I'll anonymously give them all the internal information I have but I'm not going through their registration process. If the want to know then they need to make it easier for me to tell them.
