The reality is all of target should be looking external. Do you shop the stores? They have been going downhill for the last 5 years. Brian is it going to fix as it is it even a focus area for him. Tough to have great guest experience when every week at least 2 items on my list are out of stock. Find myself buying more and more at competition even though I wish to be loyal to target

Appears they are looking to replace all BA's and PM's with engineers and data scientists. Already happening in the EDABI org (and technically they are no longer TTS) but if the pattern follows I can only imagine an outpouring of BA's and PM's
I am hearing TTS somewhere near the end of the month. I have been wondering what the heck happened to all of the TM's and contractors that were at TNC, there are such a fewer amount of people there now. How can we invest in technology, but loose the people that support it!

BC said two years of cuts to Wall Street and we are only four months into it. They keep saying it will continue to get "messy" but just keep working and taking on extra workload until they tell you that your hard work and loyalty to Target does not mean anything to them. There are still people who are still getting cut all of the time, but in much smaller groups (10-20.) They DO NOT get even close to the package that the first 1,700 received. Also any NE that gets cut never gets anywhere close to what an EX gets, even if they are cut at the same time and have the same years of service. Bottom line, expect to see more "MESSY!"
