Will we ever receive clear direction for anything or will everything remain ambigious? I am so tired of not having a clue what is going on with Target. Do they want their team members to get fed up and quit is that the strategy now? It seems that way. One exempt is expected to do the work of 3 now since the RIF. The bar has been set too high. I feel sorry for the new college grads joining Target. Good luck to you!

One of the many signs of a toxic work environment. No direction, no leadership, low morale. Are senior leaders ever going to acknowledge or address this?

Yes, they want you to quit. That is the easy way to get rid of people without having to look bad to the investors or paying any compensation. Many of the management still does not have a clue. Many departments are having a problem following the flawed design imposed on them. At this point, people need to just do what needs to be done. Quit waiting for someone to tell you what you do. In many jobs I have seen, people can make their own job. They are just too afraid to do it, because they are waiting to see what happens. Use your skills and tailor the job to it, if things are better suited for someone else's skills partner with them and just GSD!
