More than ever, we need to hunker down and stay focused in delivering the best value to our share holders. We welcome and support those who support our focused goals. For those who do not support those values-Move on.

Hey Dougie....the stock price tells me that you aren't in a brawl - it tells me getting your @$$ whooped like a little -----! 31% of the float is short! They brought a knife to the fist fight.

"We are in a bare nuckle brawl in Brooklyn". "We are running 15 rigs, we should be running 40". Lord knows what's going to happen to oil and gas prices if every company decides to double/triple their rig count. "We need to find cash without increasing equity or increasing the debt". We can all read between the lines Dougie, your going to cancel the dividend.

I specifically remember when Doug said he wasn't going to chase leases. He said we weren't in the business of holding leases. Times have changed!

Doug spoke of JV's. One or more JV's will be necessary because we have to drill to hold leases. However, we will not survive this mess unless we sell some additional assets. Look for something big to happen before the end of the 3rd. Quarter.

What happened to all those Core values that are shoved down employee's throats everyday. Because of the CFO's incompetence in not following and abiding by contracts, 440 million (includes interest) is due if paid on 8/1.

Nick D should be gone, way over due.

Ok this is a clear example of the delusional. lol. Here's how it went down. Typical town hall with Dougie. Times are tough and we are in a fist fight to survive. No layoffs planned (read) at this time. Even though everyone sitting there knows it's needed.

Did they mention cutting a half billion dollar check to bond holders in the Town Hall?

If it was like a typical town hall in corporate America:

Pats on the back for VPs, SVPS and C-Suite followed by information about where the silos are falling short followed by a go-team-go (but don't talk about the pending 3500 layoffs being worked out.)
