Why would they lay off any more if they are starting to hire again?
So we are 3000 lay offs short of the Q3 end requirement of 15000. So where will these next 3000 cuts fall? Can anybody tell me what ORF means from last post?
Not sure where you are getting that figure of 10536 from, the ORF on July 1st is showing closer to 12000, actually 11987 persons.
