So it's been 3 weeks since Jodee sent her email about the lousy best team survey results (plus she threw up for a week after seeing them and reading the comments, probably 2 bottles of wine needed ). So 4 weeks later and not a word from any leader.....that's the kind of action we are used to and why the results keep getting worse. Get your crap together leaders.

Well in our store t.... Any employee that spoke up regarding the results were all fired or put on a cca today .. It's so sad

And other than hearing how bad it was....what did they say they can or will do about it, other than take another survey in the fall?
Im' in TTS have had our results shown to me twice: Engagement is at 52% in TTS, and 53%(?) overall. Within our VP org engagement rate is even lower, 46%.
