Can any one tell me when will we get to know this change which every leader has been talking about? What exactly is this change and transformation? By when will it happen? Any ETA? I know all leaders come to this site (for fear of their jobs), can one of them honestly answer this PLEASE? There are many like me who need to know.

So no one has any clue or idea of what's happening or what will happen. And everyone is throwing out words like Change, Transformation, Agile as much as possible, without any reason. If transformation is an evolution, when will it finally evolve? When will the broad strokes will stop striking off TMs (read layoffs) and finally become more tangible? Dont bother answering these.
OP ... Transformation isn't an event, it's an evolution. The broad strokes of what's involved are being communicated ... you need to go beyond historical expectations.

"All leaders"? Really? Do you know the scope of team members you are referring to? Leaders are at HQ, DC's and stores. Do you think they are all wasting their time seeing what Target Tom is pissed off about this time?
