Wrong. If you read the proxy you will see that the execs bonus only gets paid with the same type of metrics used to calculate everyone else's bonus. Company performance. So chances are - because of this downturn for EVERY O/G company - the CHK execs will get a zeroed out bonus for the year too. The state of CHKs stock price has nothing to do with the current execs and EVERYTHING to do with the prior execs wracking up a shitload of debt to line their own pockets. Lay the blame where it belongs - CHK has too much debt ... AKM and his band of incompetent cronies were the ones that did this to CHK.
Now you see that the only thing that DDD turned around was his own bottom line! Creating value my @$$! But I am sure he'll get all of his bonus, etc. paid out for the year.
I wish I sold...I actually believed Dick Drainer Doug could turn things around....f***....
I m laughing at myself now and happy that I ve got a great sense of humor :) it s just the money and fortunately, stock is not what makes income for majority of regular people
