Friends, it's time again to thin the herd. Got to get the number down before the next quarter. Some advice from one that was liberated earlier this year:
Breathe.
If you are on maintenance drugs, get to the doctor the last day and get a perscription for 90+ days.
Have the perscription filled that day. Ponca Discount Pharmacy has a plan that's free. It will save you $$$$.
Save the receipts. Cigna will say that your plan was canceled. As long as the date of service was on or before your last day, your fine. They get to pocket the abondoned funds in your flex plan so you see their motivation here. Take the notices to the post office and file MAIL FRAUD charges against them.
And lastely but most importantly, breathe - there are jobs out here.
