Get a new CFO and complete finance team. They were a part of the past that cooked up this debt mess with AKM. Can't believe the board has tolerated them to still be around! WTF!?!?!?!?

How about curtailing the little ego boosting field trips that corporate takes? When they private jet their way out to field offices to watch people work. Great use of capital when the stock is in the shitter. Morale is sky high when they leave.
Sell off another asset, put the money towards debt, size the work force appropriately, stop with all the ridiculous programs from corporate, etc, etc, etc
