Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

FINALLY!

It's great to see Brian FINALLY figured out that Tesija is the weakest link. She was responsible for terrible merchandise and terrible out of stocks under Gregg. Surprisingly, she has somehow still survived almost a year under Brian while still delivering stagnant merchandise and massive out of stocks. Not to mention she fired everyone who isn't a major butt kisser (in her case that is a BIG statement).

What is really sad is that she will leave with millions of dollars in her buyout after wrecking one of the greatest merchandising organizations ever.

Great he finally woke up and fired her. Now he can move on to the other huge problem creators-Jodie and Tina.

I actually heard that Target was going to partner with Kohls and they were going to handle the merchandising.

I have no real opinion on Kathee ... the two I want to see out are Jodee and Laysha. I'm tired of one droning on every year about reading BTS comments while drinking wine over the July 4 holiday and the other being a tone-deaf talking head who sends out feel good "we help,the community" drivel in the middle of lay-offs. Does Target provide financial assistance, contributions to communities? Yes, and it's something u have been and will always be proud of. But putting a happy face on what we do externally while ignoring what's happening internally is unconscienable. PS: I have no issues with women, including those who are in charge. I hold leaders to the same standards regardless of the location of their plumbing.
