Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

Investors Don't Buy Qualcomm, Here's Why

  1. All intelligent employees have left, or are leaving, for better companies. The remaining employees are managers with no skills who fight and lie and kiss ass, forming circles of people who support their lies. HR is useless. The other employees are H1Bs who are used to shit conditions, and the H1Bs work like slaves, but recreate their shit working environment which leads to ultimate failures.

  2. There is no road map to new products. Even if they make such a road map now, there are no intelligent employees to execute it.

  3. While the patent portfolio of the past is strong, QC is no longer writing any good patents because there are no intelligent employees. HR is trying to lie and hide this fact, and entice incoming employees. But only the worst quality will chomp at the bit. QC won't have enough money to keep buying IP from start-ups, and after an acquisition, there is no innovation because the managers just want a bonus without doing any work. The environment is poisoned beyond repair.

  4. The most important - Competitors are innovating and Q is not. It's over. Without doubt, any of the other companies are now caught up, and surpassing QC. So, the executives and managers thought they could suck their own dicks, and take large bonuses, but with competitors winning, their strategy is fcked.

lol. Reading this makes me think of the company I work for United States Steel I have had to train 21 different electricians in the last 2 years because no one will stay. If I didn't live 3 minutes away I'd quite the place to.

JANA increased its holdings by 1% since their 3/31 reporting. Mostly reinvested dividends? That should be good for a couple more board seats.
