The RAE in SJV BU for example resulted in some 55 people being let go. Is that the extent of it or there is going to be a ROM or a project Alpha focussed on BUs like SJV this year? This is all a bit confusing and hope someone can enlighten us.

For instance GOMBU ROM has been pushed back to Jan 2016 and the percentage left standing in the ROM will approach 30%. Original target was 20% with 10-15 % gone already via RAE & retirements accrued since Jan 1 2015. Leadership ROM will be in Nov. 2015 though. Everbody enjoy your Christmas. Leadership has not yet had the cahones to explain that cuts will be much deeper than planned. The HR-leadership amatuer hour continues.

Yes each BU will have a ROM. The numbers keep sliding as oil slumps so the number keeps getting higher :-(. Each BU will see not only a reduced head count but a restructuring of staff to better utlize people. That is in theory of course. The plan has been pushed back because of the readjusted cuts.
