Trust me. TI is running hopeless structure with useless layers. First HQ team should get rid of all high pay leaders. Absolutely waste of money and that too deliberately misrepresenting layers to HQ team. This is just to support their positions. I have several examples.

Ate these KMG that chortle at the comments posted here the same ones that are too inept to implement a transformation strategy? All I hear from them is it is everyone's job to transform target (translation:I don't know what the hell to do as a leader). They read this or have someone on staff read and it blisters their ass they can't stop it.

News Flash - no one in ''leadership'' is paying attention to the vitriol that gets spewed on this site. You want to ""get this sh*t out...there?"" where is ''there'' exactly? Other than having a forum for comrades in limbo to vent their spleens, NO ONE IS LISTENING TO YOU! I have been on calls where something from this site gets mentioned and KMGs smugly chortle about what pack of losers read and post here. To some extent I agree (I'm looking at YOU Devoops and juicebox posters) but I watch it anyway to see if anyone is sharing actual intel. No one has recently except for the TCW info and the timeframe for the TTS layoffs. You are not going to scare BC or JM - we are dirt under their feet. Vent, but don't delude yourself into thinking you have power. There will be no talk of black armbands when the TTS layoffs draws near... huns are at the helm and nothing can change what comes next.
How about we not wait till we get BC's shaft and we be proactive and get sht like this out there so we scare chicken sht BC and JM with bad press ahead of any evil they plan.

How else can they afford the giant C-suite salaries and bonuses if they don't cut from the little people. I bet if someone tweets something negative about Target pay for team members vs C-suite compensation and gets lots of Rtweets, BC will bend over and leave us alone....
I would gladly take a pay cut to help BC and JM ruin Target. If I make less, I just might make a few more mistakes....oops, my bad.
Yes basically they are going to make low ball offers for new positions and hope many decline.
