We all know that the true asset of a company are its people. At Q the management and HR, has absolutely no regards or respect for the employees. Employees are treated like slaves. Any issues reported to HR are always covered up and not addressed adequately if at all addressed. HR usually will respond by saying "we will get back to you". Once an issue is reported they go back and discuss with managers and figure out (cook up) away to finger the employee that reported the issue. They are as unethical and useless as the management. Someone from higher up in the management chain who gives a crap about Q needs to does some major realingment in HR. Get some real HR folks with some backbone that can confront managers and help employees for real. Isn't that their job to begin with? For once it would be refreshing to see these folks address a legitimate issue reported to them and take some real action. But I guess it is quiet hard for these spineless invertebrates to do anything right.

Tell them you are a successful business owner, who has grown tired of devoting his life to cosmetic dentistry at about $20,000 per patient every year, and would like to settle down with the RIGHT woman. If she does yoga, YOU do yoga! If she likes dogs/cats, YOU like dogs/cats. We await reports on your progress.
All systems of justice have corrupt cops. That is HR's basic role in corporate justice.
Even in the most blatant examples of managers behaving unprofessionally HR will still side with the company's best interest. HR exists to protect Qualcomm NOT Qualcomm employees. The higher up the chain the more leeway you have to mistreat, molest sexually harass or just be awful to employees below you. HR has got your back if the possibilities of a lawsuit are there. I've seen it many times in QCT.
Qualcomm HR is a group of semi-literate puppets. They don't have any brains, independence, or will to uphold any value or company culture.
