Hi guys and gals!! Well, shoot, I haven't gotten a lot of you caught up with the troll line lately. So with that I will more than likely (Never Say Never) leave this post alone. I'll close with these comments. I called out those specific three, because they are the epitome of what is wrong with Target. I worked under them long enough to know how horse shit they are. And frankly, I've watched them destroy several people there at the CSC and take credit for other ideas at TFS. Yes, yes, I get your little "...well if you know that why don't you just say it" line. The point is I shouldn't have to, you should be able to look around and see how terrible things are and know this. I never had one beef with any team member there, and to be honest, most of the team leads weren't bad either. Clark Gooder was even OK until he tried to start acting all buddy buddy with Caldwell. I don't know the full poop on that, but I know even the great Clark had enough and said goodbye. If you're truly happy fine, that's great, I begrudge you nothing. But if your not, I urge you to do something about it. Get out, go find another job, but just get out. Target is not ever going to be what it was. Remember though, I'm a troll, respond back to this, and I'm liable to get all wound up and start going at it again.

Anonymous138431 - It's not so much that I like to hear myself talk, I admitted to being a troll but whatever. Back to layoffs? Sure. Pure speculation on my part. I have no inside confirmation on this at all. However, I think the CSC will be safe. I don't like the fact that they have thinned out the heard so to speak with the combo of Genisys (sp) or contractors. That's a red flag. That said, FRS (the group that the CSC falls under) has been pretty lean already, Scott Kennedy saw to that even before Brian Cornell came in and why the cuts at TCW/FRS groups have not been that bad. It does not mean that the whole smash couldn't get it's lights turned out super quick. I'm sure you have heard about a survey that went out to people in TTS asking how they feel about there job skills and how they think their leadership is doing. Leadership has also gotten the same survey's to answer about their team members, and they are asked if they would re-hire them. That's a scary deal right there. The general consensus seems to be that this could be some tool to cut people so that they, Target, does not have to give out a severance. Here again, that's more on the lines of exempts at TTS, but, if I were you, I would be very wary of anything that would pop up like that. In the end Anonymous138431, it's really anybodies game. Cover your ass and just ride the roller coaster. I would say stay and stick it out to get a severance package, but I have (again, speculation) feeling that's not going to go on forever.

The CSC functions will all be outsourced to India, they are working on the Call center now, this way we can have shifts all hours of the day and night. So please do the needful and reboot....

John Caldwell, Miesch Francis (I don't know how to spell her name) and that gigantic load of a turd Trevyn Paige (who is never around) would sooner replace all of the Target people with the youth program that they have working on calls for less money than a Target employee. So yes, it's a very real possibility Target Team Member.
Remember even when your piece of shit Store Manager "Guest" is bitching you out because he needs ALL of his registers re-loaded with a PXE reload NOW, you're wrong to tell him he can't do it.
All of you lifers there better start taking note of what's going on, because you're being managed out slowly.
