First: widespread layoffs (it's happening). Second, lower budgets, and I mean much lower budgets, like painfully lower budgets. Then, new levels of austerity will be introduced, across the board (e.g., forget raises, bonuses, etc.), Finally, do not forget this one, Kraft corporate culture will be completely gone, legacy, etc. erased. And for shareholders? Profit!

Actually the bonus being cut is very correct. Ours just got cut again and unattainable. 3G way or the highway.

No regard for programs to improve facility, no regard for its employees, austerity instead of relations, authority by fear instead of respect. Eleven employees fired with invaluable knowledge, come to work and learn of being jobless with no notice, hopes of retirement from Kraft......out the window. Resume updated awaiting next wave of news, whether it's budget cuts, layoffs, or demotion. The merger was orchestrated with top Kraft officials who I'm sure have no money worries, great Iincentives I'm sure, while everyone down the chain fights to hang on......to what? A culture that is lost, a brand that is no longer, a dream by Mr kraft that is shattered. Kraft culture will be sorely missed. A business world that is soon to be led by this mentality (3G) will lead to worse businesses who rule the majority. Motivation. ...to open my own business, free of all the crap that comes with corporate mentality. You rich just keep on trying to get richer, I will focus on how to be happy. And that means moving on. Thanks Kraft, it was a pleasure working for you, sorry you had to be put to death by the merger.

Bonus targets I.e. Sales will be unattainable therefore no one will earn the bonus. Since the Heinz takeover sales continue to fall and employees bonus is small or non-existent.
Actually you're wrong. Bonuses are one of the areas the Brazilians pride themselves in. Bonus targets should be expected to be increased.
