Does anyone know when plant quality departments will begin layoffs?

Does anyone know when plant quality departments will begin layoffs? No quality members we laid off yesterday when we lost 8 people.

Modus Operandi of Bernardo and his gang of Brazilian toadies. If it runs to form, expect another purge as we approach the end of the year, then another one by next spring. Meanwhile, an army of 25 year old snotty nosed kids from São Paulo will begin to appear over the next few months to fill the vacancies created by firing talented, experienced people. All of them will have MBAs from Harvard and all of them will be absolutely useless. In the meantime Bernardo will lie to you about meritocracy and feed you with propaganda about how well things are going, while you watch the company descend in to absolute chaos. 3G and Bernardo in particular are widely detested in Heinz (check out the Glassdoor reports - the real ones, not the fake 5* ones HR have made grads and interns add) and I'm sure Kraft employees will soon understand what a liar, shyster and sociopath he really is. Terrible CEO.

Kraft Corporate Quality R&D has been hit hard. Very good people were huddled by their laptops waiting to see if they get an email stating if they are done. If they did not get an email, then they were still employed. If they got an email stating that they no longer had a job then they had to go to a room and turn in their Laptops, Corporate Cards and ID Badges. THATS IT. What a poor way to treat people.

No One at our Plant in the Quality Department was layed off. The Department has already reduced HOURLY employees last year by our Plant Manager.
