The attrition on my team is much more than 10%, but there will still be layoffs according to the VP. :(
I know that a lot of people who have been at QCOM for more than 5 years, perhaps, are waiting for severance. People who haven't been at QCOM for as long are less bothered as their payout will be much smaller and their new employer's signing on bonus will match or beat it.
Why Wait for the severance package.
