Coming out of BTS, I heard a couple of different rumors about a new vacation policy. One rumor said we are going to unlimited vacation and another said unlimited vaca for KMG and above and an extra week for those below KMG. Has anyone heard any updates on this?

Maybe the unlimited vacation will ONLY BE for leadership, maybe the hourly workers will still have yearly limits. If that's true, I wonder if the people how dont; have unlimited vacation will get their vacation paid out when tehy quit
135091- I agree completely. This company is too immature to handle something like this. Especially the leadership.
Can you image the fearful managers trying to enforce balancing between a policy that grants unlimited vacation as long as work is being done? And the complaints about fairness? I hope this is true because I would love to sit back and watch this one unfold
so if you leave or you are fired Target saves lots of money LOL
It means no leave encashment??
No leave encashment ??
Unlimited vacation? That's so the people already not doing any work can do even less? Shareholders will LOVE that.
As per new policy your PTO is set to zero on Jan 1
Current version of is is working from home. My whole team basically takes off/works from home on friday
It's been discussed, but that's far from something that's going to happen and/or signed-sealed-delievered.
It's something many companies do, though they are predominantly smaller companies. Remember, unlimited vacation can work both ways -- meaning no payout when you leave Target if you haven't used vacation.
I heard the vacation policy was being abolished in favor of juice box of the week.
