I heard a similar rumor that with new roles will come new offers for everyone. Could be the same pay could be more. Also heard that titles will be streamlined and things like "associate" and "Senior" labels will go away.

I also heard that the number of pay grades will be flattened while widening the pay ranges. Basically that means no more promotions so you better be happy with your 1% annual increases.
I heard there will be 4 pay grades, with the CEO at the top (of course) and a wide salary range in each one

The rumor is that we're all getting raises and they'll need more people just to handle all the extra money.
Oh my. As a 'westerner' that was stationed there, I can assure you that the food was NOTHING to write home about (colored slop, to put it mildly), and I really do like Indian food. One of the reasons I'm sure that they do it is because there is NOTHING elsewhere around either building to get something to eat, and they'd prefer that people didn't leave the campus.
rumor is target India will no longer get free lunches, but will have payroll deductions for eating in cafe in the future.
