Weatherford is not an attractive buyout for a buyout. They carry too much debt. Acquisitions occur when a company has good clients and reliable assets. They have neither. This kind of gossip occurs when minimum wage shop hands get RIF'd. Go back to price checking at Walmart where they found you in the first place.
Nobody is going to buy the mismanaged company with all of their debt, they will pay themselves what money they have them file bankruptcy.

Debt management? They can barely manage to get out of bed in the morning!
They still have too much debt to be a good takeover target. I said years ago that their debt management would hurt them.
