There is no doubt that TI leadership is doing fraud by misrepresentation to HQ teams. All the non technical LMG layers. KMG layers, and above - what do they do? Just pestering technical folks. This is their job. Are engineers considered as sheep that they need a non technical layers to manage them. This is b.s ....TI leader's knows it bit with out these layers there will be no requirement for leaders. So unless Brian takes magic wand and circles around non technical layers .....target India has to suffer with these useless resource managers aka non technical layers. HQ should remove pay grade and all perks to these layers. They are looting target money.

There is no such thing as leadership in TI. All the glory you have mentioned about KMG, LMG and directors is fake and false credit theft taken away from engineers. They screw technical people in TI with lower score and make sure they leave the company if tech people do not provide information. I have seen it. Credit thieves. Engineers can manage themselves. Distribute roles and responsibilities of director to an engineer and see the difference. Useless Levels and layers.
This is too one sided. I have seen moronic, selfish managers, directors, KMGs of HQ MPLS which have created nd run wasteful apparatus and projects without any oversight or farsightedness. Also, I have seen extremely well designed and successful products and projects delivered by TI. I have also seen such successful teams and managers, KMGs and directors snubbed by HQ, right.after those TI successes. Guys, cut those useless people in MPLs and save much more. If you are fed up with TI leaders, look a bit deeper into HQ managers and even tech folks.

I can't speak for all TI leadership, but the ones I work with were utterly incompetent and focused on looking good instead of doing quality work. They don't know how to drive projects, either from the leadership side nor the technical side and they finger point others for their own faults.
I agree. The only way to make TI leadership accountable is to snatch their perks and lower the PG levels. They have to pay the price for cheating HQ team. I have seen four leaders all of them corrupt. Fake promotions is the best examples. With all these non sense people around how do technical people focus and work?
