based on salaries on LCA database I can say its in low range. It may not be intentional but H1B have very few leverage when it comes to negotiate salary.

No difference between salary for h1bs and citizens
But h1bs r better slave and after few years of slavery even if they get green card they remain better slave because of years of habit n training
just base
Are the LCA filings just base salary? Is there any way to find the #RSUs that H1Bs get?
LCA filings are real salary ranges. By law.
A few H1B's report to me and they get paid the same as my other engineers.
just go to the LCA link on HR. Easy to find from the IOS page! It has all the recent labor dept filings and the exact RANGES for the specific title and location. The ranges aren't fuzzy either (i.e. no exceptions for same title and location)
Very easy to check - hit this link: http://h1bdata.info/index.php?em=QUALCOMM+INNOVATION+CENTER+INC&job=STAFF+SOFTWARE+ENGINEER&city=SAN+DIEGO&year=All
The bottom of the range is lower than anyone posted here, but they are probably posting what most people start at, not the bottom of the range.
123K - 151K
Starts at about $120K in San Diego if you are a software slave
I believe it also depends where you are geographically, how much experience you have, how long you work there, etc.
