you got a dilemma. all VP's and up are from the same village. can't do it.
The layoff % estimate is based off of cutting payroll cost $1.4B this year. In reality it could mean 10% of management and 50% of US productive working people, some of which get replaced in lower wage countries where the talent is available. Managers work too hard already! Dir and above just manage other managers, you know.
Unfortunately that's not how it works.
There is an average cost per head that is calculated and shared across the board.
That cost is 250k per year.
Regardless of if a person makes more or less, it supposedly averages out.
