With so many unconventional projects Being shelved, someone needs to do a forensic adult on this division. From Service Coordinators - SENIOR V.P. sources also have spoken out about contract and stealing work from employees, leaving them without jobs. Top heavy doesn't begin to describe this PSL. Count the beans!

I have friends with Sperry Canada. They tell me that their ROC still runs day/night shift, & no Coordinators touched. Other districts have desolved their ROC (only some running at night), coordinators, ADT, old ROC hands sent back to the field. My district has gone to bare bones. I'm not sure how Canada does it? Rumblings of more layoffs this/next month. we'll see what happens to those Canucks....

It wasn't from worker folk/torquing the lugs. Nice to see/swell to know. Not just us who look/it's managers so....maybe just maybe a the humpties will fall, Those tippy toe top heavys/will finally fall!
Top heavy or not, it is at a third of the jobs it should have with today's Rig count. Is the lack of market share just a Canada problem? I don't know if taking out the frustration at a bloated "what do they do" bureaucracy is the answer.
sperry has been paving a road to it's own demise. a hard reset may just do them some good.
That's just the way Halliburton runs. Sperry won't be sold till 16, HAL will cut deep. Leaving the new buyer, a crippled mess. But still leaving lots of non revenue generating managers! Glad I'm not there anymore. A Kurupt club.
