So I have some friends at okc that said management, had a party for a select group of personal in management ie supervisor, lead personal ect, just recently. And the personal that worked their butts off to make it happen are pissed. They wined and dined a select group and said nothing to the personal that made it happen. It was supposed to be a hush, hush, but pictures on Facebook of the event were seen. Wonder when corporate will put a stop to the spend they do at this company. The person that posted them must have been told to remove them cause, they are no longer on her page. Laying off workers and blow money what a company.

It was the D-4 closing party. The people that sweat and bled building the valves weren't invited.
Does this surprise you? Happens all the time. Our group had a appreciation dinner for a VPs direct reports and a few others I put it together and was also a direct report and was told I didn't need to attend... These dicks need to take some courses in people skills because they have NONE. They are the lowest I have ever worked for. No integrity, morals, nothing. They should have kept some of the old timers around just so they could learn something from them. It is a real shame that the me me me attitude has gone this far. Yes guys you did not get raises this year and you got your little 3% bonus all the while your VPs and such were getting their 30% plus bonus. If they were really serious about saving money the first thing they would have done was stop their own crap like the business flights at $10,000 airline tickets not to mention the premium hotels and meals they have. And they travel in packs..... Have they ever heard the of audiovisual meetings? They are stupid. Cuts mean cuts for you and me.... Not the elitist.
