20 year retired Air Force veteran desperately needs your help. I'm a Husband a Father and a Grandfather. Im not just a number 3 years ago I was finally hired by Intel. I was so happy that I told the lady that called me and gave me the offer if I could reach through the phone and hug her. It was my dream job its all I wanted to do after I got out of the military . In my three years at Intel I treated everybody with respect . I'm one of those guys that holds doors open for women. Yes sir yes ma'am no ma'am that's just how I was raised .I treated the ladies that cleaned the gown room and the people that work in the cafe with the same dignity and respect. Every morning in the gown room I got a whole hand full of booties and passed them out , simple acts of kindness can go a long way. In my 20 year US AIR FORCE career many verbs were used to describe me outstanding, superior promote ahead of peers. Some of the verbs used to describe me at Intel by my GL were problem child and liar, this is the same guy that on the third occasion when he said what I did in the military didn't matter anymore I told him it mattered a lot to me and my family and to never say that to me again. A few months later I took him to HR when he threatened me with a written warning and a BE. HR with him in the room said, I wasn't getting a written warning or a BE. When Focal time came around I received a pay raise and was Successful he told me he was giving me any stock due to the couple of coaching session we had. I wasn't going to argue about it I just let it go.and he moved on to 1272. On my first 1on1 with the new GL HE told me I was his Need improvement and would have a very difficult time being successful this year. This is a guy that came from Fan 11 X just a couple of months prior. On shift 6 I did did scando WPO, and never failed an audit in 1 and 1/2 years. This man harassed me for the next few months In his eyes I could do nothing right. I work in SST and was the first one on my shift to be certed in GST. I went to shift 7 to train for a couple of months and on my second night back on shift 6 my GL says to me and I quote" I don't understand stand it Jim Mcgrew the shift 7 GL had nothing but good things to say about you, you've only been back a couple of nights and you've frustrated me numerous times. At this point I replied oh you don't understand it, let me explain it to you then, YOUR the problem. The next Tuesday I called the area manager and told him nothing bad about my GL , but what was good about me I showed him my last performance report from the Air Force and told him don't worry I wasn't after his job. We concluded the meeting and he was going to look at moving me to SH 7 with Jim McGrew. I must tell you Jim was the best boss and one of the greatest leaders ever. The following week, second night back on SH 6 MY GL gave me a written warning. I was so upset I had to PA . Before I left I went to the nurse who verified and documented that I should go home and that I was having a panic attack..In the military we use the chain of command to solve problems at the lowest level. You are the last link I've exhausted the rest. I am a man of integrity and honor. What I have told you here is all TRUE. PLEASE do what is right your decision will affect the REST of my families LIFE. THANK YOU.

My GL not following your own policy letter which describe that this was a private matter. He met me in front of the gown room at shift change and walked me out past all my peers
