I'm a lowly Specialist....this new system is crap. They need to "downsize" the managers that wanted this.

My suggestion is to leave target and find something else before they fire you
I liked it best before either when time clock was managed by knowledgeable managers rather than dumb computers. When TGT was FFF by default before it became --and was reduced to-- a less meaningful catchphrase.
Bad decisions trickle down, managers dont care about affect on users. show of hands of stores hr who think that mytime is better than max was.
