Is there somewhere to go for help with Merch IQ beyond Target support and the limited "training" document. There are almost no resources available on this new Microstrategy reporting tool. I find it odd that you can only choose 1 time period at a time and standard timeframes such a rolling 12wks, 52wks, etc. don't exist. I am the only one struggling here? I'm confused how there's nothing out there on this...

This is a potential layoff discussion forum. Merch IQ may not have any support because I know for a fact that none of this supporting documentation and training materials was a priority and BPC's kept tossing the task at each other. Now that many in the BI arena have been laid off, it is a MicroStrategy solution that now nobody understands. Too bad after $130MM spent. See what's wrong at TGT?

There's no other place on the ENTIRE INTERNET where Target's Merch IQ is being discussed so it makes perfect sense to me given the audience.
