Sessions is against the H-1B scam and is head of the judiciary committee on immigration. If he makes a speech about the Qualcomm situation it might get into the national media. This might prevent Qualcomm from laying off citizens and keeping H-1Bs. He created noise about the Disney plan to layoff citizens in lieu of H-1Bs. Disney reversed its position and reinstated citizens.
