How is it that Qualcomm makes poor acquisitions for 100's and thousands of millions of dollars and then has to layoff employees while giving bonuses for executives? Two and a half billion for CSR? What do they have to offer again???

For even more confusion, look at the Wilocity acquisition. Less money but even less opportunity.
Look at the financials. Make no sense. Bottom line is 3rd party consultants want the company to be "right sized" and ready for next phase....BLAH BLAH BLAH. Based on this, business as usual for execs.
they have profits in the 10s of millions per year!
