Employees are getting played

Do you realize that QC is playing a game with you. It's intended to make it cheaper to layoff folks by "warning" the folks they consider lower performers so they will leave before QC has to give them a severance package.

This is a sick game that only a bunch of arrogant pricks would play on anyone. If they cared about their employees they would have made the decision on who goes and who stays. Then informed the employees followed by telling the public.

What has our Country turned into? It's starting to look like a 3rd world hellhole without any regard to those who have to work to feed their families.

Irwin Jacobs where are you? Is this really the legacy you want to leave?

There should be a law against this sort of penny pinching so the execs can have their 100M bonuses.

standard operating procedure...... they are cutting cost ....so they will play all kinds of tricks to reduce the cost..... HR is never useful....but for layoffs cost they seem to be very useful to the company..

this is so true, I was given the same, no warning , made me to leave and the manager got the one he wanted. it sucks to see this culture.Assh***

All the y is puppet, when you doesn't do that role, you are out . But finally glad to be out of this fVc*** culture.

The company has been playing this game for the past several years.....managers give poor reviews with no warning or documentation, and no requirement from HR to back up false claims, to push people out. The practice of casting aside loyal employees and bringing in friends and ex-coworkers of the hiring manager is rampant in this company. The inmates are officially running the asylum.
