Another one, Mark Guzzi, departed yesterday. I will miss his smooth talk and generic comments in the meetings... which never translated into anything but talk. He was the next generation SW architecture face.
QC exec's are no better. S&M bluffed and won, and now we are all suffering.
Folks like this can only go so far. To get to a true leadership role one needs to have integrity, ethics, and be real. This guy is just full of $hit. If not today management will catch on this soon. Can't wine , dine your way up when most of your subordinates have zero respect for you....

The A$$man is finally being outted. It is very true that all his projects failed miserably. Finally the biggest failure of our flagship product has outted him. But I bet he has convinced upper management (over those little happy hours) that it was all HW guys faults and threw them under the bus, all the time kissing their butts tenderly... the upper managent broke down and promoted him. How else did he get promoted?

What kind package they receive for short notice? Not severance, vp employ contractl, Sr. Dirs deferr compensation what do VP have they would willing to leave short notice not put up fight?
