Does NOV have a maximum number of weeks in their Severance plan?

I recived 12 weeks severance pay. Was employed with NOV for 4 years. Whoooops...Did HR make a mistake?

I thought it was a max of 24 weeks. Has something changed or does it depend on your years of service?

Yes. The old timers at my plant are getting a max of one year pay.
