It seems like Intel is encouraging charity cases when it comes to hiring under-represented engineers. I see a lot of Indian female engineers replacing senior level engineers, but they do not have the experience or knowledge to do comparable quality of work.

Both White and Asian are victims of Indian corruption in Intel.
Intel is lowering their standards in order to get these diversity candidates hired. And they are succeeding since managers' Focal reviews are now tied to meeting these quotas. It sucks to be a white, Asian/Indian male trying to get hired by Intel.
