After layoffs, bases are going to mix all sort of dept. Saving money by making every tech and supervisor work on the floor equally. No more mechanic, electronic and team leader. Everyone is going to do everything. We can't afford to lose more jobs. New--- schedules----- rotations is a must no more weekends lazy boys and girls.

The only emails we receive from our managers are cut in hours cut in bonus and expect more layoffs to balance budget and satisfy shareholders. The work we use to do in 16 plus hours is expected to be done in 6 hours. Right now I am happy working in tourism sector. More money and happy faces.
How degrading to call your employees lazy. I personally work for a very large, very popular tourism company in Florida that believes in treating their employees with respect and would never say something like this to hard working individuals that are already spending long hours away from their families. We also have mandatory overtime throughout the year and we receive continuous emails from management thanking us for our long hours and hard work. It sounds like the person who wrote this should take a trip to Florida and get a little pixie dust sprinkled on them!
