2008 wasn't the best year to buy distressed properties. If you did, you missed out on further declines.

Anonymous129097, You don't have enough cash. Otherwise, you would have been at the auctions and short sales I was at in 2008. But you weren't there obviously, because you still rent!

What cash flow problem? What negative equity? 2008 REOs and short sales purchases....Paid for with old-timer Q stock options grant. What mortgage? I just love making fun of all the BitterRenters that still rent since 2008 hoping for an eternal correction so they can get in, which for them, didn't happen, just like in 2008 when prices were so ridiculously cheap, that anyone with money who could have bought already did...For the rest of you, have fun continuing to rent. But hey, that 1%CD sure looks really fine all these years! hahahahahaha

I think that you're trolling this board because you're desperate with negative cash flow on your rental "investments". Now you'll get right-sized and cannot see how on earth you can possibly make up the difference anymore. Time to sell that dump, isn't it?

Sounds like you are having a hard time selling your properties. The only people working this hard to find buyers are very desperate sellers. Classic pump-and-dump.

Work might be boring as hell, but beggars can't be choosers.

Anonymous129031, Nope. Things are about to get a lot worse for you renters...https://medium.com/@MikeRosenberg/priced-out-america-e7a117f2c61d http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/2015/jul/30/zillow-inventory-worst-markets-in-america/

HAHAHAHA. ....Besides, I can't wait for banks to bring back subprime loans. You know they will. And when that happens, I'll be happy to dump my properties to these subprime idiots at peak prices (again), and laugh all the way to the bank (again) But hey, renting is cheaper, right? Yeah, maybe if you rent a crack hotel....http://sandiego.craigslist.org/search/apa?query=carmel+valley ...Have fun renting... Bwhahahahahaha
