Seems like the only intel lately has been about TTS.
Anyone know about happenings in the other departments? Merch? PD&D?

TTS should announce in September their reductions and that will ripple out to other non tts teams. Healthcare teams will be affected once CVS deal finalized. BC will have to continue cutting to make profit targets because there is no growth.
No one answered my question. So basically no one knows anything.
If business has agreed to Agile then they need to be prepared to work s**t hours....too bad!
It is easier to manage IT on a 7 hour difference then 11. An agile model would be dificult to get the business to work swing hours.
Minneapolis has talent, however the majority of that pool has passed through the Bullseye and learned a valuable lesson.
MM will have to go to India or near shore model to get the engineering talent needed to implement Agile. MN face reality.
MM transitioned all IT functions to India when he was at TESCO. He will do the same thing here too...India will prosper.. there will be huge layoffs in MPLS in TTS
I don't work in TTS but am holding my breath until they make their announcements/RIFs in September - if the cuts are from the technical resources that work on my pyramid's projects I will be looking elsewhere for work very quickly - if our planned projects can't move forward they won't need all of us on the team & I'd rather get another job quickly than wait around for my 9:00 meeting. I know you're looking for more substance than that but this is all I know. What happens in TTS may set off additional RIFs elsewhere.
