Is it true that all the team members in the PG21 /PG 23 level in TTS (KMG level) will be let go in the next round of layoffs?

Its high time that the middle bulge is let go. Statuses are killing the company. These KMG's and DMG's manipulate the information to the top based on their liking's. The proof of how bad they are is that they have less than 5 direct reportee's and yet they know nothing about the ground realities. That said, they will not be impacted. Each DMG will ensure that his/her team is safe so that he/she will not be in soup.
In other areas they've removed full layers. IDK what that means for TTS, but it's vp/SVP, director, KMG, and "all other" in many areas. Manager reporting to KMG? One of those roles is gone. SGM with managers reporting? One of those levels is gone. Then there's the streamlining of the various levels. Also, if there are seriously 10 VPs in TTS, that's crazy. That layer is way too thick for the new model (from what I've seen), which will have many ripple effects.

yes.. the true knowledge stays with PG 15/ PG 17 .. MM should have done deep-dives with them than KMG...
KMG are useless..all that they can do is coffee statuses
Guaranteed that if MM could hear direct from PG15/17 he would be enlightened.

Probably not, but image all those over paid people let go. Where and what would they do?
don't spread rumours ... how the TTS division can run without KMG coffee statuses...all that my KMG do is have 5 coffee statuses every day with different people... Most of the times , his calendar is fully occupied for the whole day and we never get his attention on the actual project issues.. . Not sure what they talk in these statues and how they pass time...there will never be action items for these KMG's after these useless status meetings
