I have worked for several companies and Target in several roles. All of them had challenges to overcome, but the current leadership at Target is the most toxic and incompetent I have ever experienced. The shareholders may be short term satisfied bur should not have a long term view. I would sell now, but I liquidated a few months back.

Change that happens every month is called dysfunction.
The reason people are not embracing all the change is because leaders have been rewarded for just suggesting new fads, doing bare minimum to implement and then abandon for next shiny object presented to them.
DevOps and Agile will follow the same pattern. Abandoned before fully implemented.
I told you it was toxic - but the 21s/23s that flood this board protecting the sanctity of their precious positions seem to always shut the truth out.
Be afraid 21s/23s because your time at the feed trough is coming to an end. Your best bet is to hop on the government bandwagon. They still indulge in incompetence.
