Never heard of any UK closures but did hear Bruni is to give 28% of his salary to help Greece payoff the IMF and another 2% to buy the whole of Aberdeen a fish supper and a deep fried mars bar.

When will the closures of Great Yarmouth and Aberdeen sites happen?

Ya its to be hit hard. Worry not, Thomas Bruni and mafia will be alright - thankfully. What shape would Weatherford be in with him or the mafia. Both Romania and Italy are fully unionized and may have been pushed around but they have had enough. The Romanian managers and there are many, are paid like western managers. The Southern europe management team are on Expat packages which cost 400K+ per year. The western europe management are not paid anything like that. Thomas Bruni is a European living in Europe and on full expat package, housing, car allowance, all taxes paid, annual travel - since when is London a hostile living zone? In Weatherford London & Geneva have the biggest financial uplift of any european locations.

Europe VP Bruni will save Romania and Italy first that's his plan cheap labour costs plus a bigger bonus for him.

Hearing rumours Great Yarmouth on WFT closure list also sites in Aberdeen to be amalgamated into the Altens site which can only mean even more job loses.

Not really surprising given WG are looking at cuts in line with Talisman rota changes, and they're the first to announce further reductions.

Of course once again it's not going to be inept management who are at risk.
