I have 2 homes in sd and was planning to get another one...my qcom job is a cushion in case my rent doesn't come on time...what should I do ? Is there another company in SD where I can lay low and keep expanding my real estate empire.

home market will go down like anything, not because of the Q but new economic crisis started in China spreading to Hong Kong and Singapore, it will impact US by 2016 July, huge crisis, sell your both the homes and rent an apartment. You can buy again in 2017 for pennies.
