Hearing that Target HQ West Campus may be in the process of being sold. Team Members would be moved to TNC and downtown.

It's official. TCW is being sold. Most team members will move to TNC next summer.
Credit needs to be given to the OP. TCW has been sold and everyone at location will move to TNC Summer 2016
Why on earth would they move people back downtown from TNC? Do you have any idea how much more expensive office space is downtown? Makes no sense, especially after just completing a huge addition and having BP pledge another $17M in tax breaks.

There is no way people would be moved to TNC. That building is definitely being sold out rented, they are moving everyone out by the end of the year. I think most teams have already been told of where our when they are going, if you have not been told yet I'm sorry you just may be a part of the next cuts.
It makes sense to get rid of TCW/TFS. That is one of the worst buildings I have ever been in. It is drains the life out of you. Most of the call centers are all overseas anyway and they can move teams like a small GR or FMOC to CC. Any credit things can be handled by that company that bought our portfolio.
What about Tempe, would they keep that building?

Now selling that building would make much more sense than selling TNC. I forget TCW even exists half of the time. TNC has plenty of space to fill.
That building is a POS. Every time I saw people coming out of that building everyone seemed so miserable. Glad to hear that part of Target will be flushed.
Sounds like August 6th is the next round of layoffs, and then consolidating team members would happen after that.
