Found my golden ticket out... Dont have to worry about any of the daily crap anymore. Goodbye office depot, max, staples or whatever you want to be called.
I wont be around to see you get bought out or go bankrupt thankfully.

Golden ticket? Anyone can quit any time. Only a few can call it a career nowadays, as there are very few assistant managers anymore. Only the most profitable stores are not laying off their AMs.
@anon126307 - why is the poster mean...? because they found a job??? It is a bloodbath right now, people being let go left & right...Store closures accelerating, no one is going to keep their job when all this is done. This was a classical ceo slash job to ax employees so the buyout makes tons of dough for the shareholders. I'm happy the person got out too before their head was on the chopping block. If you still onboard, hope you find your golden ticket too! :)
