White engineers, particularly males, are in a small minority. They have been declared as protected spices by now. We have to ensure the survival of the endangered white engineers. The magnitude of this layoff calls for an extensive environmental impact review to ensure that the natural habitat for this group is preserved. Just like white rhinos, there soon will come a time when there are only four white really old engineers alive, and if we are lucky, only one really old female one. We do not want to go extinct like the White Rhinos.
