Anonymous126268: What kind of VP's want to stick around to do this dirty job of layoff? Most of the VP's worth their salt sensed it moved on to better places or retired.

I understand that there is a rush performance review happening right no. Will there be a regular delayed fall envied that follows this?

Whether VPs get laid off or not is in the noise floor of the thousands who have to be laid off. Plus, the VPs have to stick around to perform their layoffs before they can get laid off themselves. Unless certain sub-units under Tony S. get shelved completely. But no one will be willing to share that until it happens, and it probably hasn't been decided in any way. Esp. as Torrey H. abruptly left.

Don't count on VPs being safe. Nobody is safe. Nobody.

I think all the VP'S will be safe, Sr Director and below are on chopping block for this round.

Dude, the rush performance reviews aren't even in yet. I'm pretty sure everyone's on the same tedious fire drill schedule now, then waiting until mid-September for notice.

The more interesting question would be if any VPs under Tony S. Have held meetings where they say if the percentages will be below or above 15 percent. But I doubt anyone's going to say at this point.
