Q wants yes people and no conflicts. You can't innovate without healthy conflict. OP is right, they are killing their own company with narcissistic and egotistical leadership who on,ya wants you to tell them they are right and brilliant. Don't tell me problems so we can fix it only tell me everything is going great. DENIAL is the killer of all
