The Chinese govt cost Qualcomm a Billion $ , that could have been reduced cost cutting and job cutting . American Fabs and IC factories have been slowly moving to China Taiwan over the years as well. And you Chinese and Korean people are hiding behind Americans to racially abuse Indians for these only . Cowards . If we take all these factors into account which has already happened and not speculation then first all you Chinese people need to be laid off first and should be sent off back home to slave in your Fabs where they pay you a rice bowl and $ for salary per day.
