many people who met 55 and 75 (age+years work in Intel) are less than 55. they have good experiences in their field, kids are out, time and dedication is not a problem. they can work much wisely than many young people.
There are plenty of other fools to choose from
Uh, no Intel group will rehire you back. Your salary will be too high and you will just not have the energy and dedication as a young hire.
